Twisted Goods ships using Canada Post, and delivery timelines for orders are based on a processing period and their delivery standards. The actual date that you can expect your items to arrive will depend on both:
- The Ship To location, and
- The type of shipping you choose.

Customers inducting time-sensitive items TO OR FROM areas in Western Canada should consider using Xpresspost™ or Priority™ service to help ensure timely delivery of their mailing.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery for shipping addresses within Calgary, Edmonton & Saskatoon. The delivery timeline for local delivery purchases is 1 to 3 business days.
If you select local delivery as your shipping method and your shipping address is not within the city limits of Calgary, Edmonton or Saskatoon, your order will be cancelled and you will receive an email with a new shopping cart with a Canada Post shipping charge included. This email will allow you to complete your order with your original items and the shipping charge included.
If you select local delivery as your shipping method and an item you purchased is unavailable for local delivery due to stock availability within the city you've selected, you will be notified and that item will be cancelled or exchanged for a different item of equal or lesser value.
