Refund Policy

Returns
Our return policy lasts 21 days for exchange or refund for items purchased before November 1, 2021. After that 14 day period, we will gladly exchange merchandise or issue a store gift card for the value of the product. Please be sure to return any unwanted products within this time frame. 

All regular price purchases made from November 1st through December 24th can be returned for a full refund (with receipt) until January 8th. After that, we will gladly exchange merchandise or issue a store credit.

Holiday items cannot be returned or exchanged after December 24th. 

All returned / exchanged items are sanitized according to government regulations. There will be no returns or exchanges on Boxing Day (December 26.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are cosmetic, sanitary or personal care items, such as face masks, lip balms and earrings.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
In Store Returns
Generally, in store returns are not available for online purchases. However, if you reside near a physical Twisted Goods store location, and wish to return a product within the return policy time period shown above - please contact orders@twistedgoods.ca with your proof of purchase and store location of choice, and special permission may be granted for an in store return or exchange. (Please provide minimum 2 business days notice.)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. All returned / exchanged items will be sanitized according to government regulations.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@twistedgoods.ca.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will also exchange items for a different colour or size at the request of the customer. Note that items being exchanged are subject to all of the above return guidelines. Exchanges are only currently available to our Canadian customers- some additional exclusions may apply.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
