Refund Policy

Returns
We've extended our online return policy due to Canada-wide shipping challenges occurring in November/December 2024: Personal items (earrings, face masks, etc.) and Sale items are Final Sale. Returns on unused items will be accepted until January 25, 2025 with original receipt. After January 25th, regular priced items purchased online remain eligible for exchange or credit for the value of the product for one year. After one year from the purchase date, all sales are final. All returns and exchanges require proof of purchase.

 

All regular price in-store purchases made from November 1st through December 24th can be returned for a full refund (with receipt) until January 8th. After that, we will exchange merchandise or issue a store credit. Holiday items cannot be returned or exchanged after December 24th. There will be no returns or exchanges on Boxing Day (December 26.)

 

Regular-priced items purchased in store are eligible for exchange or refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. After 14 days, regular priced items remain eligible for exchange or credit for the value of the product for one year. After one year from the purchase date, all sales are final. All returns and exchanges require proof of purchase. All returned / exchanged items are sanitized according to government regulations.

 

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are cosmetic, sanitary or personal care items, such as face masks, lip balms and earrings. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product with proof of purchase to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In Store Returns
If you reside near a physical Twisted Goods store location and wish to return a product within the return policy time period shown above - please bring your proof of purchase into your store location of choice for an in store return or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Sale items are final sale.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. All returned / exchanged items will be sanitized according to government regulations.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@twistedgoods.ca.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will also exchange items for a different colour or size at the request of the customer. Note that items being exchanged are subject to all of the above return guidelines. Some additional exclusions may apply.
